Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we have allotted time in our schedule to take care of your requested service needs. If you wish to cancel your appointment within [24 hours] of your service date, we will charge you a cancellation fee of [$150].
To avoid incurring a cancellation charge, we recommend you give us notice at least [48 hours] before your scheduled appointment.
